“Ananda” means the joy of life is within you.
This meaning is the foundation of Ananda Yoga, found in centers throughout the US, India, and Italy. The goal of Ananda Yoga Center of Scotts Valley (Ananda Redwoods) is to provide you with an experience of uplifting, spiritual yoga that helps you to find your inner joy and peace.
Our classes consist of hatha yoga and positive affirmations for individuals of all levels. We also offer classes on meditation and yoga philosophy, and hold special events including chanting, devotional Sunday service, spiritual retreats, and preparation classes for kriya yoga.
