Our instructors’ goal is to help you take a break from your busy life and stressful routine by taking a moment for yourself to concentrate within. The holistic practice we share will bring you balance for mind, body, and spirit.

We also offer a unique course on Raja Yoga, or royal yoga, based on ancient teachings from the Masters of India. Ananda’s Raja Yoga course includes lessons on the philosophy of yoga positions, meditation, healing techniques, and proper diet. Contact us for upcoming courses or more information.
